Quantum-chemical studies have shown that the most promising host for complexes with (pyridinetriazolylthio)acetic acid is cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]). The methods for the synthesis and separation of cucurbituril homologues (CB[5], CB[6], CB[7]) and complexes of CB[6] with thiotriazoline, confirmed by IR spectroscopy and DSC, have been optimized. The resulting complexes are suitable for the creation of sustained-release drugs. The possibility of controlling the packing of molecules of squaraine-rotaxane complexes with the formation of H-, J- or oblique aggregates has been established; the most stable are oblique dimers. Fine control of packing is possible by replacing substituents in the molecules of squaraine-rotaxane supramolecular complexes. It is shown that fluorination of the macrocycle contributes to a closer interval between dyes and a stronger exciton bond, but retains oblique packing, which can be used for energy transfer, light collection and quantum information. In accordance with clause 1 of the resolution of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine dated 13.07.2022 No. 215, the project was terminated after the first year of implementation, which affected the achievement of the goal and the solution of all tasks. The implementation was also hindered by the circumstances of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. At the same time, all items of the calendar plan for 2022 were completed.
