The object of the study is labor conflicts at an enterprise in Ukraine. The subject of the study is ways to ensure the resolution of labor conflicts at an enterprise under martial law. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis of scientific literature, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, sociological surveys. The essence and historical genesis of the concept of "conflict", its main types and functions were studied. Foreign experience and regulatory and legal support for labor conflicts in Ukraine were considered. The main socio-economic problems of overcoming labor conflicts at an enterprise were analyzed, in particular: indicators of employment and unemployment of the population; standard of living and wages; analysis of the features of doing business in modern crisis conditions. The main directions are considered and recommendations are given for the settlement of labor conflicts in martial law. A set of measures has been developed that are designed to minimize the number of labor conflicts at enterprises in wartime. The calculation of social efficiency of the proposed measures is given. The results of the study have been implemented in the activities of LLC "LIK" KEYWORDS: LABOR CONFLICT, MARTIAL STATE, ENTERPRISE, LABOR RELATIONS, MEDIATION, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, SOCIAL DIALOGUE.
