The goal is to identify the status and gaps in regulation, the coherence of acts of different legal force and the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms for coordinating sustainable development policies. The object is public relations in the areas of environmental security, social justice and inclusive economic growth; the subject is the norms of constitutional, financial, environmental, labor and information law that determine the integration of the SDGs into public administration. The methodology combines comparative legal, systemic and structural, formal and dogmatic and empirical approaches using case studies and content analysis.
