The relevance of the topic "GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS FOR EFFECTIVE NATURAL RESOURCE USE BY THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES OF PODILLSKY PRIDNESTROVSKY 'Ya' is determined by the implementation of administrative reform, which has shaped the realities of economic specialization of newly formed taxa (communities). The autonomization of financing necessitates the search for new resources and the need to create effective economic mechanisms for their processing and the creation of competitive products. Along with this, the issues of nature conservation and ensuring social development are also relevant. Military actions have become an additional challenge for Ukraine, creating new challenges. The Podillia-Pridnestrovie region is defined by a number of common features in terms of its resource base and traditions of local natural resource management systems. This requires the search for a common strategy for their balanced use, optimization of traditional forms, and development of innovative ones based on local resources. The problems of natural resource use by local communities in the Podillia-Pridnestrovie region are discussed in the works of Tsaryk L.P. and Lyubinska L.G. (nature conservation), Syvyi M.Ya. (subsurface use), Zhurba I. (regional land use), and others. The development of theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as applied recommendations in this area, is of high scientific and practical value, as it allows for increasing the efficiency of the natural resource use system for the introduction of innovative technologies into the system of economic relations. In this context, the research conducted in 2020–2025 is timely and socially significant.
