EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES, MEDIA LITERACY, FACT CHECKING, GENERATIVE AI, IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGIES, MENTAL HEALTH, MICROBIOME OF SERVICE MEMBERS Modern military education is undergoing a period of profound transformation, driven by the challenges of hybrid warfare and the need to build information resilience among officers. Improving the information and communication competence (ICC) of future officers is seen as a key condition for effective management, countering disinformation, and maintaining moral and psychological readiness.Improving the educational process involves integrating digital and generative technologies (VR/AR, artificial intelligence, ResearchRabbit, NotebookLM, and Notion platforms) that enable personalized learning, critical thinking, and adaptability to complex situations. At the same time, effective military training is impossible without proper psychophysiological support. An integrated approach to assessing the psychosomatic conditions of military personnel includes the use of biomedical markers, biosensor systems, neurofeedback, and hardware psychophysiological diagnostics to monitor stress levels, fatigue, and nervous system stability. The result of the implementation of these innovations is the formation of a new type of military specialist — cognitively resilient, technologically literate, and psychologically prepared for action in complex combat conditions. The goal of the third stage of the research project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of key and interrelated areas of modernization of Ukraine's higher military education system aimed at developing cognitively resilient, technologically literate commanders.
