The mechanisms will ensure the transformation of Ukraine's population from energy consumers to prosumers who fully meet their energy needs through their green energy generation and energy efficiency measures implementation and can provide energy to other consumers popup.description2 Methodological approaches for assessing and forecasting the impact of energy efficiency and renewable energy development in households on energy poverty in Ukraine, which take into account a comprehensive set of energy-related, macroeconomic, socio-demographic determinants, housing characteristics, and price indicators. A methodological approach is designed to evaluate the impact of household energy efficiency and renewable energy on the decarbonization processes of the national economy, which integrates economic, socio-demographic, climatic, and technological determinants and is adapted to the conditions of limited wartime statistics through the use of proxy indicators. Econometric models of the regional dynamics of energy efficiency and renewable energy development have been improved, enabling an assessment of convergence and divergence processes in the residential sector and the formulation of targeted recommendations for adjusting economic and energy policies with regard to regional disparities. Organizational and economic mechanisms for establishing household energy cooperatives including a systematic combination of organizational, financial, and socio-economic factors, ensuring the adaptability of cooperative models to conditions across different regions and consumer groups are improved. A set of optimal economic mechanisms for developing energy efficiency and renewable energy in Ukraine’s residential sector combining targeted financial incentives for the adoption of energy-efficient and renewable technologies, international comparative data, systems of guarantees of origin for “green” energy, and the development of autonomous renewable installations, thereby ensuring the adaptation of policy to wartime conditions and household consumption patterns are substantiated.
