Initially, modern modeling techniques will be used in the search for structures with optimal characteristics. The problem of directed functionalization of the structure of heterocycles, necessary for the expected biological or optoelectric effect, will be solved on the basis of the scientific concept of usage the strategy of electrophilic heterocyclization, which allows directly introducing a chalcogen-halide fragment in one step and can be applied to maximally decorated heterocycles. A comprehensive study of structural, chemical, biological and photovoltaic properties combined with computer calculations will allow the development of reliable QSPR, QSAR models for predicting the physico-chemical and opto-electrical parameters of new materials.
