A systematic chemical–ecological monitoring of water resources and soils in the Sumy region was conducted, revealing excessive concentrations of nitrates and fluorides in natural water sources. Experimental studies confirmed the migration of mobile fluorine compounds from agricultural lands to adjacent areas that had not been directly treated with fertilizers. The impact of technogenic pollution on human health was examined through an analysis of hematological blood parameters. The findings indicate that various types of pollutants adversely affect the hematopoietic system, weaken the immune response, and increase the risks of severe diseases. The dynamics of biodiversity in the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve over 2010–2023 were analyzed. Positive trends in recovery indices for rare plant species confirm the effectiveness of conservation measures and the role of ecological networks in preserving biodiversity. Promising directions in the bioeconomy were explored: processes for extracting biologically active compounds from plant materials were optimized, and technological parameters of electrochemical processes were improved to reduce the environmental burden of industrial production. Innovative educational methodologies were developed and tested to foster environmental competence through integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into academic curricula. A mobile application was created to raise public awareness about plastic pollution. Two international grant projects supported by the Visegrad Fund were implemented in partnership with universities in Poland and Slovakia. The obtained results underscore the necessity of a comprehensive approach to addressing environmental challenges, combining scientific research, technological innovation, and environmental education to promote sustainable development Ukraine.
