The yield of spring barley varieties of ecological variety testing within 3.0-4.0 t/ha (more than in the control) was observed in 19 varieties out of 59. The “Methodology for increasing the adaptability of spring barley plants under stressful weather factors in the eastern part of the Northern Steppe of Ukraine” was developed, which allowed better use of the potential of new varieties. The influence of different sowing rates on biometric indicators and grain yield of spring barley varieties of different varieties was established. The highest level of productivity of plants of the Bravy (medicum) variety was at seeding rates of 2.5 million pcs./ha (6.0 t/ha) ha and 3.0 million pcs./ha (5.6 t/ha). At seeding rates from 3.5 million pcs./ha to 5.5 million pcs./ha the yield was lower than the control variant. The highest grain yield of the Repriz (nutans) variety was ensured at seeding rates of 4.0 million pcs./ha (6.3 t/ha) and 3.5 million pcs./ha (6.2 t/ha). The effectiveness of the use of biological preparations for spraying crops on the processes of grain productivity formation was studied. The increase to absolute control was under all nutritional backgrounds when growing the spring barley variety Stepovyk. The N15P15 nutrient background contributed to the formation of the highest yield level (6.9 t/ha) when spraying in the tillering phase with the preparation Ecostimul. An economic assessment of the feasibility of implementing technological solutions allowed improving the adaptive technology of growing spring barley in the eastern part of the Northern Steppe of Ukraine. "Scientific and methodological recommendations for the implementation of adaptive technological methods for growing spring barley in the eastern part of the Northern Steppe" were developed.
