The impact of GM soybeans on productivity, chemical composition and accumulation of harmful substances in the muscle tissue of broilers has been assessed. According to the results of qualitative analysis of combined samples of internal organs of young poultry (muscle tissue, lungs, liver, kidneys), genetically modified organisms were not detected in slaughter products. Scientific and practical recommendations have been developed on the quality and safety of poultry products for the use of feed with genetically modified organisms for feeding poultry in the zone of technogenic load caused by military actions.
