Research was conducted to improve the methodological support for the revealing of chemical exposure, validation and development of working methods for the determination of new pesticides, in particular mixed ones for the assessment of new agricultural technologies, the quality of the production environment and environment, and the revealing of occupational and environmental exposure of humans. The conditions for the chromatographic analysis of VOCs, trihalomethanes, and phenols were substantiated. Computational technologies were applied to process chromatographic data and create search databases. New data were obtained on the quality of the production environment and environment during the use of new pesticides of various compositions and purposes, on occupational and environmental chemical exposure of humans in modern conditions. An algorithm for revealing exposure when using pesticides in agriculture is substantiated based on a combination of hygienic monitoring with passive dosimetry and biomonitoring of exposure.
