The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the transfer of innovative technologies, scientific products and scientific services to the agro-industrial complex of the Mykolaiv region. Results of the research. An analysis of the agrarian market conditions in the Mykolaiv region, as well as the economic state and trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex, was conducted. It was established that the war negatively affected the conditions of the agrarian market of the Mykolaiv region, however, de-occupation and demining in 2023 allowed more than 100 agricultural enterprises to return to production activities compared to 2022. In 2024, the main traditional crops are sunflower, corn for grain, spring barley. Many farms today express a desire to change their crop rotation structure, reducing the grain component and incorporating vegetable products into the crop rotation. Many farms are switching to niche crops - flax, coriander, millet, mustard, and introducing them into their crop rotation in small areas. Therefore, the scientific research of the Mykolaiv Research Station fully meets the existing needs and requirements. Work is underway to form its own information database of consumers of agro-innovations. The work is a continuation of marketing research on the market of knowledge-intensive products and the implementation of an effective form of commercializing innovations, which was carried out in accordance with the previous program 44.00.03.56.P No. DR 0119U000042.
