In 2024–2025, 2250 samples from 10 regions were analyzed, enabling representative assessment and interregional comparison. Varroosis was dominant (88.0%), highest in Zakarpattia, Sumy, Lviv, lowest in Ternopil and Mykolaiv. Vairimorpha spp. occurred in all regions (51.6%), mostly low–moderate spore levels, indicating subclinical forms and need for routine control. Acarapis woodi was absent. Bacterial brood diseases were less frequent; EFB predominated over Paenibacillus larvae (AFB), with coinfections increasing colony loss risk. Conclusions: Methodological guidelines on epizootic monitoring of quarantine bee diseases were developed and approved by the Methodological Commission and Academic Council of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine NAAS (protocols №2, №11, 07.11.2024). The analytical reference “Biomaterial Bank of Quarantine Bee Pathogens” was endorsed by the Commission (protocol №2, 27.10.2025) and the Academic Council (protocol №12, 28.10.2025), ensuring institutional legitimacy for veterinary control and molecular-genetic research.
