The effectiveness of integrating optical and radar data in the form of multi-temporal time series to increase the robustness and accuracy of analyses under conditions of limited access to ground-based observations was demonstrated. The applicability of the obtained results for supporting the calculation of Sustainable Development Goals indicators, in particular SDG 2.4.1, SDG 11.3.1, SDG 15.3.1, and SDG 13.1.1, was substantiated. It was proven that the use of cloud platforms ensures scalability, timeliness, and reproducibility of analyses, which is critically important for assessing the impacts of military actions and for recovery processes.
