The purpose of the research is to develop technological methods for using products of microbiological production in feeding systems for replacement heifers of the meat direction of productivity in the conditions of farms of Western Polissya. According to the results of the research, indicators of productivity and physiological status of the body of replacement heifers were obtained when using products of microbiological production in the rations. Analysis of the research results showed that the use of probiotics of the Bacillus in calves contributes to the normalization of the morphological composition of the blood: an increase in hematocrit value is noted - by 8.7%, an increase in hemoglobin concentration - by 8.4% and erythrocytes - by 15.0%. When feeding Enterococcus faecium probiotics, an increase in zinc content by 8% and manganese by 11.9% is observed, compared with the control. It is noted that the use of probiotic supplements in calves from birth to 3 months of age stimulates the intensity of protein, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism. Probiotics of both groups had a positive effect on the process of formation of intestinal normobiosis: an increase in the number of bifidobacteria - by 42.2% and lactobacteria - by 36.6%; reduction of lactose-positive Escherichia coli by 35.5%, epidermal staphylococci by 39.8%, enterococci by 45.2%. It was found that the use of dietary correction with probiotic supplements based on bacteria of the Bacillus provides the best indicators of economic efficiency.
