The study substantiates a mechanism for post-war adaptation of trade enterprises based on supply chain diversification, process integration, and digital transformation; develops a model of digital recovery that includes the advancement of omnichannel platforms, Big Data analytics, automated logistics solutions, and unified customer-oriented ecosystems; improves methodological approaches to diagnosing the resilience of trade enterprises using SCOR DS and KPI metrics; proposes practical recommendations regarding the reconfiguration of business processes, the restoration of logistics infrastructure, the optimization of assortment policies, the enhancement of operational flexibility, and risk reduction; and demonstrates that the implementation of process integration and digital solutions is a key condition for building a competitive development model for the trade business under conditions of instability and post-war reconstruction. The obtained results may be used by trade enterprises, distributors, logistics operators, and public authorities for forming development strategies, optimizing supply chains, and creating resilient business models during the country’s post-war recovery. The results of the research have been implemented in the educational process during the teaching of professional disciplines in specialties D7 “Trade” and D3 “Management”.
