The aim of the work is to develop experimental foundations for methods of controlled electrochemical synthesis of a new generation of titanium-based photo- and electrocatalysts from eutectic ionic liquids to control the electrocatalytic activity and selectivity of oxygen transfer processes. Research methods: stationary and cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, electrode impedance method, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction. As a result of the work, a set of new experimental data was obtained on the influence of electrolyte composition and electrolysis modes on the physicochemical properties of titanium-based photo- and electrocatalysts deposited from eutectic ionic liquids. Materials were identified, composition was established, morphology, texture and semiconductor properties were studied. A scientific and technical product was created: A new generation of multifunctional photo- and electrocatalysts synthesized from eutectic ionic liquids.
