This objective is achieved by reducing the influence of the parasitic parameters of the control objects on the results of measuring their electrical capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor, by improving the methods of processing current and voltage signals and taking into account the influence of nonlinear properties of dielectrics on the results of measuring their electrophysical parameters. popup.description2 The object of the research is the processes of electrical conductivity and polarization in dielectrics and electrical insulation of electrical equipment, which depend on the degree of aging of dielectric materials under the impact of various destructive operational factors. The subject of the research is methods for measuring dielectric parameters used in the practice of monitoring the technical condition of electrical equipment insulation. The objective of the research is to develop methods of dielectric spectroscopy for their application in solving problems of monitoring the technical condition of electrical equipment insulation and studying the electrical parameters of dielectrics. The implementation of project is based on methods of digital signal processing, results from the theory of electrical measurements, the physics of dielectrics and linear electrical circuits. The results of the project are intended in order to remove the undesirable impact of parasitic parameters of tested objects, their nonlinear properties, and the shortcomings of modern signal processing methods on the results of applying dielectric spectroscopy methods in the practice of monitoring the technical condition of electrical equipment insulation and the electrical parameters of dielectrics.
