The main areas of influence of smart technologies on field forage production were established: increasing the productivity of forage lands; meteorological analysis; integrated water and fertilizer management; speed and accuracy of detection of pests and diseases of forage crops; greening of field forage production. The study identified the need for investment to implement innovations in field forage production – robotic systems. It also examined the specifics of investing in and implementing robotic systems. It also developed theoretical and methodological foundations for investment processes to modernize, effectively operate, and further develop the forage production industry, taking into account environmental aspects through the implementation of robotic systems.
