The research objectives are as follows: 1. Identifying the components of the concept of "regional space," emphasizing sustainable development, inclusiveness, and the impact of digital transformation. 2. Determining the dependencies and factors influencing resource, demographic, and digital transformations on resource and material flows in production and infrastructure systems. 3. Analyzing existing approaches and digital tools for assessing the sustainability and inclusiveness of spatial regional development, as well as the prospects for their adaptation in the national context of post-war recovery. 4. Formulating criteria for assessing and optimizing the structure and components of regional space in the context of post-war reconstruction. 5. Examining global best practices for ensuring the sustainable development of regions during post-war reconstruction and identifying strategies for their adaptation in the national context. 6. Investigating the European experience in implementing regional policy and integrating digital tools to enhance the efficiency of spatial regional governance, and developing adaptation scenarios. 7. Developing an organizational and economic mechanism for the sustainable and inclusive spatial regional development, adapted to the specifics of post-war reconstruction, with an emphasis on security, monitoring sustainable development indicators, and utilizing digital technologies and AI in governance. 8. Assessing the social impacts of digital transformation and AI on regional development, with a focus on sustainability and inclusiveness, and identifying mechanisms to ensure the ethical use of digital technologies in regional management. popup.description2 The research is devoted to the conceptualisation of sustainable and inclusive development of regional space and the development of an organisational and economic mechanism for its provision based on innovative technologies and taking into account the impact of digital transformation. The first stage of the research was dedicated to the development of the foundations of the concept of sustainable and inclusive regional spatial development in the context of digital transformation and included, in particular, the preparation and analysis of bibliographic collections for meta-analysis of the concept of "sustainable and inclusive regional space" and collections of methodologies, approaches and digital tools for assessing the sustainability and inclusiveness of regional spatial development. Using contextual analysis methods, the main components that are the defining characteristics of the region as a spatial entity, its sustainable and inclusive development in the context of digital transformation were identified: spatial and territorial organisation, economic competitiveness, social inclusion and human capital, environmental sustainability and resource efficiency, and institutional and digital governance. Using PRISMA and CASP methods, a collection of digital methodologies and tools suitable for regional development management was formed, and a set of criteria for their qualitative analysis was established. Strengths and weaknesses were described, and existing approaches and digital tools were characterized according to the criteria of scope of application; clarity of purpose and justification; contextual relevance; transparency of data and methods (sources); reliability of the tool; integration of data and systems; analytical capabilities and interpretation of results; opportunities for collaboration; inclusiveness and ethics; impact and application; scalability and sustainability, revealing the potential for their adaptation in the national context Product Description popup.authors Yevhen V.
