During the period 2021–2025, four varieties were entered into the State Register of Varieties Suitable for Distribution in Ukraine (Mirami, Soborna, Marfusha, Melania) with the receipt of the relevant patents; The Sofia variety has been patented as a completed scientific development, but based on the results of variety testing, it has not been entered into the State Register. Five varieties will be submitted for official variety testing (Lyubava, Yulia, Eva, Snizhana, Solomiya). In the third breeding nursery, 115 hybrids were studied, and 52 were selected for further study. Based on a set of characteristics, the following hybrids were identified as early maturing: 22.19-3, 23.1-8, 22.1-23, 22.23-5; mid-early: 22.1-24, 22.15-10, 22.15-12, 22.14-3, 22.23-6; mid-season: 22.3-11, 22.22-2, 22.18-1, 22.18-2, 22.23-3, 21.17-21; mid-late: 22.2-12; 22.17-3; 22.16-2. These hybrids exceed standard varieties in yield by 2.2–14.2% and in starch content by 2.3–11.3%. In the main trial nursery, 59 hybrids were studied, and 34 were selected for further study. Among the genotypes studied, hybrids in the early group were selected based on their yield, which exceeded the standard varieties by 5–15%: 22.13-6, 21.44-1; mid-early: 22.16-8, 22.35-1, 22.15-1; mid-season: 22.18-3, 21.17-4, 21.17-3, 21.22-4,18.31-7; mid-late: 21.4-17. In the first year of competitive and ecological testing in the nursery, 28 samples were studied in comparison with standard varieties, and 21 genotypes were selected for further study. In the second year of competitive and ecological testing in the nursery, a total of 142 promising hybrids were studied for the period 2021-2025.
