The research focuses on the immunophenotyping of cells in malignant tumors and tumor-infiltrating immune cells, elucidating the pathogenetic features of the interaction between checkpoint inhibitors and control points, and investigating the effectiveness of using immune checkpoint inhibitors in modifying the course of malignant neoplasms. The objective of the study is to establish the correlation between the molecular-genetic characteristics of tumors and their progression, and to develop a methodology for inhibiting tumor growth using antibodies to carcinoembryonic antigen molecules (CEACAMs) and cyclooxygenase (COX) blockers. Within the scope of the project, the immunohistochemical profiles of various histological types of malignant tumors and precancerous lesions were comprehensively characterized with respect to CEACAM and COX expression, and their impact on the pathomorphological and molecular-genetic features of neoplasms was assessed. Data were obtained demonstrating alterations in cellular protein composition and RNA expression associated with neoplastic transformation and pro-inflammatory stimulation. The qualitative and quantitative composition of the immune tumor microenvironment, as well as angiogenic patterns, were systematically analyzed, revealing their dependence on the CEACAM and COX expression profiles of neoplastic cells and their contribution to carcinoma progression. The involvement of CEACAM in tissue colonization by diverse bacterial species was demonstrated, along with the specificity of receptor interactions with pathogen-derived antigenic determinants. Using in vivo and in ovo tumor models, the selective accumulation of labeled anti-MKA-REA antibodies within tumor tissue was established, highlighting their diagnostic and prognostic potential. Furthermore, it was shown that transfection of tumor cells with distinct CEACAM isoforms r Product Description popup.authors Mykola S. Lyndin Yuliia M. Lyndina Yaroslav O. Kravchenko Vladyslav V.
