It was established that during combined action of electric discharge in a mixture of WOE with the addition of 0.3% NMK-21, the pressure on the wall of the wellbore column was higher in 1,5 times than in water and in NMK-21 solution. It was found that with fixed initial parameters of the properties of the fluid, rock formation, size of the well and contamination of the near wellbore zone, at de ≥ 2, presented flow rates of well did not change.
