Viral diseases of fish are rapidly spreading in Ukrainian aquaculture, as evidenced by the number of cases of identification of acute viral diseases in the period 2021-2025. Analysis of DNA sequences and phylogenetic characteristics of viral isolates indicate a close relationship of Ukrainian isolates and strains with European ones. Virulent forms of bacteria A. salmonicida, A. hydrophila and Y.ruckeri are diagnosed on farms and are characterized by a significant level of antibiotic resistance. The data obtained will be used to assess the epizootic situation in the regions, the possibility of the spread of infections and establishing the level of biological threat to national aquaculture.
