The optimal technological parameters of the deposition process of layered structures based on FexNi1-x and SiO2 were established and the hardware and software, which was developed in the LabVIEW graphical programming environment, were modernized environment for implementing an automated mode of measuring temperature dependences of resistivity of structures based on FexNi1-x and SiO2. The chemical composition and stoichiometry of the obtained film samples were studied by energy dispersive analysis (EDX) and the surface morphology by atomic force microscopy. It is shown that the improved laboratory technology of forming composite materials of the "ferromagnetic alloy-dielectric" type using magnetron sputtering allows obtaining layered structures in the range of iron and dielectric layer thicknesses of 1-10 nm with an accuracy of up to 2%.
