The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing requirements for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and reliability of components used in aerospace engineering, defense-related applications, and high-precision mechanical engineering, as well as by the need to improve the efficiency of finishing operations during manufacturing and repair processes. The aim of the research is to establish a scientifically grounded methodological and computational framework for the implementation of precision electrochemical machining processes employing combined electrodes produced by additive manufacturing methods, ensuring process stability, controllability, and predictability of machining results. Within the second stage of the project, the results obtained at previous stages were summarized and consistently integrated into a unified technological concept. During the reporting stage, mathematical models of the electrochemical machining process were refined to account for the coupled hydrodynamic, thermal, and electrochemical phenomena occurring in the interelectrode gap, as well as the differential kinematic characteristics of motion in CNC-based technological systems.
