Methods for utilizing the onshore and offshore wind energy cadastre database of Ukraine have been developed to identify optimal sites for wind-hydrogen power facilities, accounting for land suitability and infrastructure requirements. The study provides an analysis of airflow-to-electricity conversion systems in autonomous wind turbines designed to power electrolyzers. Furthermore, hydrogen storage and consumption systems within stand-alone wind-hydrogen units are evaluated, taking into account specific consumer demand profiles.
