For the period of 2021-2025, an assessment of 2714 breeding numbers was carried out, a collection of genetic sources and donors of valuable economic and morphological traits was formed, promising breeding material with comprehensive resistance to environmental stress factors, with increased seed quality indicators (including low tannin levels) with a grain yield of 3.24-3.72 t/ha, vegetation period of 86-96 days, and a protein content in grain of 28-31% in the completely dry substance was selected. The Albion and Avatar varieties of horse bean were transferred to the Ukrainian Institute for the Examination of Plant Varieties in 2025.
