In just six years, Ukraine has traversed a path that would have taken two to three decades in peacetime. The purpose of the study is to develop scientifically grounded recommendations on strategies and regulatory mechanisms for the development of Ukraine's financial market, taking into account global trends in digitalization and wartime challenges. The research work presents current trends in the transformation of Ukraine's financial market amid the development of digital technologies and analyzes their impact on the activities of its participants. The study examines the regulatory and legal aspects of the digital transformation of the financial market, the development of innovative financial services, and the implementation of digital infrastructure, such as remote identification, electronic payments, Big Data, and InsurTech solutions. The results demonstrate that digitalization creates substantial prerequisites for enhancing the competitiveness of financial market participants, reducing operational costs, improving customer experience, and optimizing internal processes. It has been identified that the key factors for successful digital development include the adoption of modern information systems, the use of data analytics, the development of mobile platforms, and the strengthening of cybersecurity. Based on the analysis conducted, practical recommendations have been developed for the further digital transformation of financial market participants and for increasing their adaptability to the challenges of digital development.
