Based on the research conducted, it is recommended that farms: - a method of acidifying rabbit manure to reduce the concentration of NH3 and CO2 in the air of the working area of rabbit farms, with a prolonged weekly effect. The active ingredient in acidifiers binds urea ammonia, forming ammonium superphosphate. Thanks to this, rabbit manure retains nitrogen better and is additionally enriched with phosphorus; - a method for designing energy-efficient ventilation of rabbit hutches based on a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with a simplified model of an automated control method with heat recovery.
