Eight collection microorganisms were screened. Five strains – symbionts of fungal etiology – were selected for further testing, on the basis of which four associations of microorganisms were created. A series of experiments were conducted to determine the biological quality indicators of four associations (gel forms and aqueous suspensions), their stability and stability of properties during four months of storage at a temperature of (6.0 ± 2.0) °C. In vitro, the nematophagous efficacy against cyst-forming nematodes (IZR NAAS, under contract 11-4/25 dated 11.11.25) and against gall phytohelminths (ITI "Biotechnics" NAAS) was studied. The effectiveness of a 3% working solution of association No. 3 was noted, which inhibited the development of globoderosis, as a result of which the number of nematodes decreased by 1.2 times (by 19%). According to the results of in vitro studies, the most stable association of microorganisms No. 3 was determined, which limits and suppresses the population of root-knot nematodes by 28.9% compared to the standard (Nematophagin BT based on the predatory fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora).
