A database on the effectiveness of using resistant potato varieties on soils infested with globoderosis has been developed, as well as a database on the species composition and population density of phytoparasitic nematodes associated with different potato varieties. A set of anti-nematode measures has been developed, taking into account the characteristics of nematode population formation in potato crops, for application in biological plant protection systems. Two nematode-resistant potato varieties, Fanatka and Rostavytsia, have been developed and included in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine, while the varieties Yuliia and Liubava have been submitted for registration. Methodological guidelines for the application of a комплекс of anti-nematode measures have been prepared. All of this ensures effective control of potato globoderosis without environmental contamination, using modern, tested methods that provide soil sanitation at a level of 60–90% and reduce potato yield losses by 20–30%.
