Objective: to improve the quality of life of student youth by creating hygienic conditions for the resilience of adolescents against the background of threats to their physical and psychological well-being as a result of war. Methods: clinical, hygienic, sociological, and statistical methods. Results: Adolescent resilience was found to correlate with health status indicators and levels of physical activity, which significantly decreased during the war. Saliva analysis proved to be an effective tool for assessing stress load and personalizing preventive interventions. Senior school students demonstrated significantly elevated stress hormone levels, indicating impaired stress-response balance under chronic stress. Despite differences in living conditions in two frontline cities, no statistically significant differences were observed in PTSD symptoms, resilience, or health-related quality of life; these outcomes were influenced by sex and war-related factors. PTSD development and resilience formation followed distinct models of achieving physical, social, and psychological well-being, with low resilience and high PTSD risk associated with a lack of compensatory mechanisms, particularly reduced social and school functioning. Novelty: hygienic and psychological determinants of a safe educational environment supporting adolescent health, psycho-emotional recovery, and adaptation to wartime conditions were substantiated. Efficacy: improving psychological safety and stress resistance of educational process participants to enhance students’ physical and psychological well-being during war. Field of use: pediatrics, public health, psychology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2026-01-28 Close
