The main goal of the research is the development of organizational and economic support, scientific-methodical and institutional provisions and recommendations for the reconstruction of agro-industrial market systems in the conditions of post-war recovery and implementation of the European integration course of Ukraine. Research methods are theoretical generalization, logical analysis, system and structural-dynamic analysis, balance method, methods of economic analysis and statistics. Scientific novelty: For the first time: – methodical recommendations for diagnosing the dynamics of agro-industrial market systems under threats based on an integrated approach have been developed, which take into account four key dimensions of resilience (economic, social, environmental, institutional), combine different types of market diagnostics (internal and external environment, target impacts) into a single system, and include seven groups of indicators for diagnosing resilience and components of balanced development of market systems, the effectiveness of adaptive regulation, and institutional stability of government bodies, allowing to establish the potential and vulnerabilities of market resilience in war conditions. Improved: – institutional and organizational-economic mechanisms and measures for developing agro-industrial market systems on the basis of the development of deep processing sectors of raw materials in the war and post-war period in the context of implementing projects of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine in the direction of “New Agrarian Policy”.
