The study developed a comprehensive process cycle for mass insect rearing, enabling the production of high-quality protein by recycling organic waste. Scientists determined optimal conditions for insect life, including temperature, humidity, and light parameters, ensuring maximum productivity in biofactories. Particular attention was paid to the selection of nutrient substrates: it was found that the use of black soldier fly waste ensures the highest larval growth rates. The resulting product—meal from the foreskin—is comparable in amino acid composition and energy value to traditional fishmeal, making it an ideal component for feeding poultry, pigs, and fish. Technical documentation for specialized equipment, including adult cages, has been developed, significantly simplifying the implementation of the technology at enterprises. Practical application of the research findings will enable domestic producers to reduce feed costs, address agricultural waste disposal, and improve the environmental friendliness of production. Implementation of this research will contribute to the development of industrial entomology in Ukraine as a promising new area of biotechnology, ensuring the country's food security. The presented recommendations for integrating biofactories into agricultural holdings pave the way for the creation of closed production cycles with minimal environmental impact. Thus, the research findings are highly valuable for the economy, offering an affordable and effective solution to the problem of protein deficiency in livestock farming.
