Purpose of work: optimization of treatment of traumatic damage to the skin by stepwise application, including specially created, external means Research methods: analytical, clinical, bacteriological, molecular genetic, statistical. Population levels and microecological indicators of the content of combat wounds and skin of patients with pyoderma and dermatoses complicated by pyococcal infection were determined with the definition of colonization levels and sensitivity of bacterial pathogens to antibiotics and antibacterial agents for external use. The ability to form biofilms of clinical strains of bacteria isolated from combat wounds was studied. The rate of formation of resistance to reserve antibiotics in gram-negative bacteria isolated from combat wounds was studied. The microbiological activity of individual topical antibacterial agents, including those containing dioxidine, against pathogens of purulent-inflammatory complications of combat wounds has been studied. For the first time, the therapeutic efficacy of ointment and gel-forming systems based on dioxidine and lidocaine in the treatment of combat soft tissue wounds and skin diseases complicated by pyococcal infection has been comprehensively studied in comparison with traditional antiseptics and standard ointment preparations.
