The aim of the work is to determine strategic guidelines for transformation and methodological support for evaluating the system of economic development management of territorial entities, using the example of the Southern regions of Ukraine.
In the direction "Integration processes of the markets of the Danube-Black Sea region" For the first time: A methodology has been developed for evaluating the effectiveness of managing the economic development of territorial-economic systems, based on a multi-level system of indicators of security, productivity, innovation-digital development, investment, budgetary, economic, social, and environmental capacity, in accordance with the national strategic priorities of regional development and Chapter 22 of the EU Acquis;
improved: the methodological foundations for ensuring the competitiveness of regional systems have been improved, along with the tools of financial-budgetary equalization and public investment, as well as the instruments for assessing the economic and financial capacity of communities, the development of social capital, and inter-territorial economic cooperation as a means of integration into European processes, using the example of the Danube–Black Sea region.
