When using sulodexide with cisplatin, the inhibition of formation of metastases in the lungs was 97.42 %, the volume of metastases decreased by 100.0 %. Inhibition of the growth of the primary tumor by volume was 41.01 %; the average life expectancy increased significantly (32.94 %). Enoxaparin (10.0 mg/kg) under these experimental conditions inhibited formation of metastases in the lungs by 60.88 %, and metastases volume by 96.88 %. The enoxaparin introduction with cisplatin inhibited metastases formation in lungs by 84.16 %, metastases volume decreased by 97.75 %. Inhibition of primary tumor by volume by 30.19 %; average life expectancy increased significantly (36.12 %). Comparative analysis of obtained data revealed a significant decrease in the metastatic activity of Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) under conditions of use of direct-acting anticoagulants sulodexide and enoxaparin with cisplatin, than using cisplatin as monotherapy. Acenocoumarol (1.0 mg/kg) under these experimental conditions inhibited formation of metastases in the lungs by 63.6 %, and metastases volume by 97.9 %. When using acenocoumarol with cisplatin, the lung metastasis inhibition was 81.9 %, metastases volume decreased by 100.0 %. Inhibition of primary tumor growth by volume was 40.7 %; average life expectancy increased significantly (34.4 %). Changes in relative width of platelet distribution by volume were found, which are associated with progression of LLC metastasis. This indicator increased by (15.21–41.65) % and can be a predictor of metastasis. In presence of LLC, content of megakaryocytes in bone marrow of experimental mice decreases by (23.9–28.3) % to animals without tumors. The administration of sulodexide, enoxaparin and acenocoumarol causes an increase in content of megakaryocytes compared to animals with LLC without treatment.
