The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical, methodological, and conceptual principles for the organizational and economic support of restoring land relations in the deoccupied territories of Ukraine, to determine its main directions, components, institutional, and organizational mechanisms. Research methods are abstract-logical; system analysis; comparative analysis; modeling; graphic; monographic. Theoretical, methodological, and conceptual principles for the organizational and economic support of restoring land relations in the deoccupied territories have been developed and substantiated. Scientific novelty of the research results: a basic model for the restoration of land relations has been developed; Scientific approaches to determining the economic feasibility of regeneration and/or withdrawal of agricultural lands have been improved, directions for improving the institutional base for the restoration of land relations have been developed, and methodological principles for assessing land in deoccupied territories have been further developed.
