The aim of the study is to develop conceptual provisions and practical recommendations aimed at developing the methodological foundations of value-oriented management in the context of the digitalization of society. The research is being conducted at the Department of project management of the Faculty of automation and information technologies. Research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, a systematic approach, comparative analysis methods, modeling of management processes, and expert assessments. Results of the research and their novelty: a conceptual model of value-oriented management in the context of digital transformation has been proposed; key principles and indicators of value-based management effectiveness have been identified; practical recommendations for the implementation of value-based approaches in corporate culture and public administration have been developed. Conclusions · Value-oriented management in the context of digital transformation is a key factor in improving the efficiency of organizational systems, ensuring a balance between technological innovations and human priorities. · The developed conceptual and mathematical models of proactive management allow adapting management processes to the turbulent BANI environment characteristic of the modern economy. · The integration of artificial intelligence into project and sustainable development program management systems opens up new opportunities for risk forecasting, resource optimization, and increasing the resilience of organizations.
