The subject of the study is complex surgical treatment of post-traumatic defects and restoration of regenerative and reparative processes. The goal of the project is to improve the results of treatment of patients with post-traumatic tissue defects, including combat trauma, and regional hemodynamic and trophic disorders through the use of surgical correction and technologies for stimulating regenerative and restorative processes. In the process of work, an algorithm for examination and selection of treatment tactics in patients with post-traumatic tissue defects, including combat trauma, and regional hemodynamic and trophic disorders was developed by using surgical correction and technologies for stimulating regenerative and restorative processes, which allows choosing the optimal method of surgical treatment. An algorithm for preoperative diagnosis of donor and recipient areas was developed and implemented in clinical practice. The reasons for unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment of post-traumatic tissue defects were studied. A procedure for preparing patients with extensive infected limb defects for plastic and reconstructive surgical interventions by hyperbaric oxygenation with a vapor-water ozone-containing mixture was developed. The advantages of the proposed method of non-injection administration of platelet-rich blood plasma using pulsed currents in an external magnetic field were proven. In the work under experimental conditions, the problem of accelerating the healing time of defects, optimizing the condition of the recipient bed, and preventing the formation of cicatricial transformation of the defect zone and adjacent tissues in patients with post-traumatic defects and regional hemodynamic and trophic tissue disorders was solved.
