The subject of the study is the topic, genres, impressive language of publications in Ukrainian network journalism in 2022-2025, military terminology of the Russian-Ukrainian war, information visualization techniques. Research methods. Contextual-interpretive analysis, observation, comparison, generalization. Descriptive and semantic analysis. Discourse analysis. Sociocultural method. Results obtained. New concepts, innovations, means of impressive language were investigated; the reasons for the emergence of neologisms and their role in enriching the lexical composition of the Ukrainian language; the stylistics of empathetic communication in social networks are analyzed. The techniques of the influence of multimedia texts on the formation of public consciousness are traced, new meanings are identified in the context of Ukrainian realities. The manipulative effects of Russian propaganda on social platforms are studied, methods of detecting “troll factories”, recognizing false information and counteracting such means are studied; functional features of the vocabulary of the Russian-Ukrainian war are outlined, markers of manipulative tactics in pro-Russian Telegram channels are outlined. Social expression in the media is analyzed as one of the means of combining creative thinking and convincing argumentation for the purpose of effective informational influence. The results of scientific research have been used in lecture courses, disciplines of the student's choice, in bachelor's and master's theses, as well as in the practice of print and online publications, television and radio journalism.
