The main users of the developed software modules are higher-education students specializing in the relevant field. During the research, the need arose to develop several methods better suited for solving the study’s tasks: the shadow mask method and intersection polygon contour analysis. Both methods were implemented in the developed software modules. The S57ViewerVisualCatzocPointEnc module is designed for calculating and visually assessing hazardous areas of water based on the probable location of point objects with CATZOC properties. The planning of a preliminary route is performed for ECDIS in rt3 format. The WeatherCheckRoute module makes it possible to visually evaluate the undesirable effects of certain weather conditions on a vessel at various time intervals according to several voyage schedules. The preliminary route is generated for ECDIS in rt3 format. Weather forecast e-charts are selected from NOAA servers and displayed on ENC charts. The WaveCheckAnalyze module calculates the values to be added to the vessel’s Under Keel Clearance at each step of the weather charts according to the vessel’s location based on its schedule. The preliminary route and alternative voyage schedules are imported from ECDIS in rt3 format. Information is overlaid on transformed ENC charts. The SimulationBridgeMasterE program is designed for remote training of navigators. It simulates the operation of the Bridge Master E marine radar, without ARPA functionality. The locations of surface objects are determined by Land Danger contours from the transformed ENC chart. The preliminary route is imported from ECDIS in rt3 format. There are plans to integrate the developed modules into a single software case. Product Description popup.authors Viktor Zhmur Viktor Litovchenko Anatolii Isaichev popup.nrat_date 2026-01-31 Close
