Вивчити бактеріофаг FАσ Serratia marcescens із пухлин винограду. Head Tovkach Fedir I., д.б.н. Registration Date 02-02-2026 Organization Institute of Microbiology and Virology named after D. K. Zabolotny of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The purpose of the work is to introduce a simple approach to assess the imbalance in ecosystems, which is based on indicators of the natural and irreversible replacement of some microbial-viral groups by others (succession) in the composition of willow tree plants (Salix spp.) in the event of an imbalance in the ecosystem, which, in turn, it is determined by the presence of a stressful situation in the environment, including during military operations. popup.description2 Behind their morphological, tinctorial and cultural powers, the bacterial isolates seen from the crown parts of the galls suggested bacteria of the genus Serratia. The established spectrum of fatty acids observed in the strain significantly correlates with that of the type strain S. marcescens ATCC1388. As a result of disruption of the succession of the endophytic consortium in gall-bearing parts of grapevines and destabilization of the pseudolysogenic state of endophytic bacteria S. marcescens, a new chloroform-resistant new lethal species was observed bacteriophage FA1, which actively multiplied and created negative colonies with clearly defined edges on strains of S. marcescens. Using electron microscopy, the morphological and structural organization of bacteriophage FA1 virions was monitored. Phage viral polypeptides were analyzed using SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Eight main structural polypeptides of the phage with molecular weights ranging from 10 to 100 kDa were identified. Product Description popup.authors Fedir I. Tovkach Tetiana Y. Gorb Liudmyla V.
