The system of land resource management under conditions of socio-economic development and ensuring the sustainable development of territories. Purpose of the study. To substantiate theoretical and methodological principles, conceptual approaches, and to develop practical recommendations for land resource management and national economic development under conditions of ensuring sustainable development. Research methods. General scientific methods; economic-statistical and comparative methods; regulatory and legal analysis; methods of spatial planning and land-use forecasting; cartographic and cadastral methods; methods of economic modeling and evaluation of the effectiveness of managerial decisions. Main results of the study. The features of land resource management within the framework of integrated spatial planning of territorial communities were analyzed, and their role in the socio-economic development of territories was determined. Modern approaches to planning and forecasting land use in territorial communities of Ukraine were revealed, taking into account the functional purpose of land and the needs of local development. Financial mechanisms of land resource management in the context of sustainable development were studied, international experience was generalized, and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine were identified. The significance of zoning of community territories as a basis for conducting monetary valuation of land plots and forming economic regulators of land use was substantiated. The role of the urban planning cadaster as an information tool for territorial and spatial planning and rural development was determined. An analysis of the agricultural land lease market was carried out, and its impact on the filling of local budgets and the efficiency of land resource use was determined.
