The main goal of these studies was the theoretical justification of the choice of mass transfer equipment used in technologies for cleaning exhaust gases from sulfur compounds. It is shown that in ASBS the gas phase resistance is less than the liquid phase resistance for oxygen by (2.75…3.78)·106, hydrogen sulfide by (3.43…4.78)·104, sulfur oxide by (2.18…3.05)·103 times and can be neglected when calculating the mass transfer coefficient. It is established that an increase in the bubble diameter from 1.5·10-3 to 3.0·10-3 m leads to a decrease in the mass transfer coefficient by 1.63 times. Product Description popup.authors Andriy B.
