As a result of the study, changes were made and adjustments were made to the Comprehensive City Target Program “Capital Culture: 2025–2027”, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 04.07.2024 No. 1652/9618 (with amendments and additions dated 12.12.2024 No. 446/10254) “On approval of the Comprehensive City Target Program “Capital Culture: 2025–2027”. A new edition of the Comprehensive City Target Program “Capital Culture: 2027–2027” has been prepared. The new edition was approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 10.06.2025 No. 67/10534. The novelty of the research work is the direction of the Comprehensive City Target Program “Capital Culture: 2025–2027” to the implementation of the Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2027.
