Registration Date 13-02-2026 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description1 To develop new mathematical methods for optimization problems under uncertainty popup.description2 The aim of the work is to develop new mathematical methods for optimization problems under uncertainty. The main objectives of the project are: 1) development of methods for estimating solutions and right-hand sides of operator and differential equations with imprecisely specified data; 2) development of methods for constructing optimal controls in systems described by ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations; 3) development of methods for solving decision-making problems using algebraic operations with a fuzzy set of operands over fuzzy sets and numbers. Methods for guaranteed estimation of functions from solutions and right-hand sides for observations with errors of various nature have been developed. Such methods are used in solving practically important problems of signal and spectrum theory in information and communication systems. A special optimal control problem with uncertainty has been investigated, which lays the foundation for creating reinforcement learning algorithms. A method for solving mathematical programming problems with a fuzzy structure has been developed. To solve the problem of minimizing resource costs, a concept of the architecture of a bot detection system in social networks has been developed, which meets modern requirements for performance, scalability and security and increases the speed of data processing. Methods for automated detection of radio signals in a given radio range have been developed in order to improve the results of radio reconnaissance. The implementation of the method for detecting radio signals in discrete time is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the radio monitoring process by reducing the amount of data subject to further analysis.
