The analysis was conducted in the context of sustainable development, taking into account wartime conditions. As a result of the research conducted, the potential for using the thermal energy of mine water has been assessed, taking into account experience in using heat pumps. The optimal parameters for mine water purification and demineralization technologies have been determined. The component composition of mine water desalination waste as a highly liquid mineral resource has been determined. Recommendations for waste utilization have been developed. Such a comprehensive approach to the modernization of existing coal mining enterprises is the basis for creating powerful multi-vector industrial complexes with the maximum use of domestic mineral resources.
