Object of study: serum, cerebrospinal fluid, patients. As a result of the studies of 1357 serum samples obtained from patients by the RPGA-Trep method, positive results were obtained in qualitative formulation for the detection of specific antibodies to T. pallidum in 36.7% of cases; in 69.3% (4+) positive samples in the semi-quantitative version, which allows for further monitoring of the dynamics of antibody formation. When examining 169 serum samples and 13 cerebrospinal fluid from patients with various forms of syphilis in ELISA Different, syphilitic infection with positivity from 4, 3, 2 proteins ( Tr15, Tr17, Tr41, Tr47 ) in various combinations was established in 117 ( 64.3%) patients, which made it possible to carry out a probable differentiation of early, late latent, unspecified forms of syphilis, neurosyphilis and to exclude the active form of infection in 65 (35.7%) patients. The proposed method of treatment of early forms of syphilis with the use of ceftriaxone intravenously 2.0 g 1 time per day (or 1.0 intramuscularly 2 times a day) for 14 days and pentoxifylline 200 mg 3 times a day for 20 days was effective in 100% of patients. The use of this method in the presence of contraindications to penicillin therapy, procaine or in the absence of these drugs is promising, pathogenetically justified. It is easy to use and suitable for a day hospital, which makes it convenient, economically justified and accessible to a wide range of patients, which is very relevant in wartime conditions.
